I found this in Red Orchestra Forums.

Very good. We should impliment it into our own tactics.

Both links are very good reads and I learned a lot about Finnish techniques and strategies (I really didn't know much about the Wintar/Continuation Wars until now). I just have one question, how large was a Finnish squad? I know early war German squads were 13 men and later 10 men, but taking into account Finland's situation in guns and other equipment, did this affect the size of the squad?

Normal Finnish Rifle squad + Light Machinegun + 2 or 1 Smg man = 9 men.

    Normal Platoon - 3 Squads = 27 men + 3 HQ

Normal Company - 3 Platoons with platoon HQs and Company Hq (6 men) + Machinegun Platoon.

Sissi squad - Ranger squad or squad which did use Guerilla tactics (1941 - 1942)

    = 7 Smg men and 2 Rifles.

Finnish Cavalry squads were like mostly 6 men squads with 1 Light Machinegun = 7.

Machinegun squad 6 men per MG, but i think there were mostly just 3 men per machinegun.

And note; Finnish squads were not focused around the MG, as German squads were. MGs were deployed in their own platoons and companies, and although they were most of the time subordinated to rifle outfits, they were never integrated to rifle squads.
